| Our Home Inspection Service is designed to provide the prospective homebuyer with a comprehensive property analysis that is simple to understand. The inspection is completed in one session and a “Building Analysis Report” is presented to the buyer or agent upon completion. The purpose of this report is to insure that the buyer is aware of problem areas that are evident at the time of the inspection. We inspect the roofing and the exterior, all interior rooms, attic & insulation, electrical, kitchen, bathrooms and appliances, plumbing, heating & cooling, structural and the grounds. A short summary of our findings will also be included in the report. We are working general contractors that have a good sense for the severity of any problems and the process to correct them. | |
